Delivery Area

Pizza Pete's offers delivery to the Upper West Side and surrounding neighborhoods of Manhattan. Our standard delivery radius extends approximately 1–2 miles from our shop at 528 Columbus Avenue (between 85th and 86th Street). If you are outside our delivery area, we welcome you to place a pickup order.

Delivery Hours

Delivery is available seven days a week from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Pickup is available during all business hours, from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily. Holiday hours may vary.

Delivery Fees

We offer free delivery on all online orders within our standard delivery area. There are no minimum order requirements for delivery. Orders placed by phone may be subject to a standard delivery fee at our discretion.

Estimated Delivery Times

Typical delivery time is 30–45 minutes from the time your order is confirmed. During peak hours, holidays, or inclement weather, delivery may take longer. You will receive an estimated delivery time when you place your order. These times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Pickup Orders

Pickup orders are available at our shop at 528 Columbus Avenue. When you place a pickup order online, you will receive an estimated readiness time. Please arrive at or shortly after that time to collect your order. Orders not picked up within 2 hours of the stated readiness time may be discarded; a new order will need to be placed.

Order Accuracy

We take care to ensure every order is prepared correctly. If you receive an order that is incorrect or missing items, please contact us immediately at (212) 787-3153 and we will make it right. See our Refunds & Returns Policy for details on refunds and credits.

Catering Delivery

Catering orders may be scheduled for delivery or pickup. Delivery fees for large catering orders may vary based on distance and order size. Please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to arrange catering delivery.
